Holi Festival celebration at Bollywood Parks
This theme park was opened to cater the celebration of the Mumbai’s Bollywood. The legendary film industry that have filmed entertaining movies of all time. Stage performances and rides are present inside for tourists and visitors to enjoy.
Bollywood in Dubai at Bollywood Parks
Bollywood Park opened last October 2016. It is now a part of the Dubai Parks and Resorts. It covers around three million square feet and it continues to host 16 adventure rides and attractions. The place is divided into 5 zones by which it is patterned to the partner film studios. The said park was developed in partnership of the following film studios of Mumbai:
- Bollywood Film Studios
- Hall of Heroes
- Rustic Ravine
- Mumbai Chowk
- Regal Plaza
Tourist Attractions and Rides Inside
The Bollywood Theme Park brags its rides that are based on iconic Bollywood movies like the Lagaan, Rock On, Don, Krrish, RaOne, Dabangg, Mughla-E-Azam, and Sholay. All the leading stars of these movies are covered and displayed inside.
Jaan-E-Jigar at Rajmahal
If you ever wonder of a Broadway style of Bollywood production, then Jaan-E-Jigar comes into life. It is showcased everyday and it is basically the most appreciated building inside the park.
F&B Stalls
There are stores inside the park that offers light snacks and even beverages. The stalls are patterned to the ones you can originally see in Mumbai. Found inside are typical Mumbai road style stalls. To complete the experience, some stalls are selling sugarcane juice from Vada Pao and peanuts from Moong Phali. Souvenirs can also be bought. These merchandises are related to the Bollywood movies and the park itself as well.
Restaurants
If you want to take a break and sit down, there are available restaurants where you can order and eat. There are fine dning restaurants that serve Indian cuisine. The bestseller is the Spicy Dhaba. Ice creams and driks are also available.
One restaurant is called the Indian Train Restaurant because you are literally dining inside a train. It has a kitchen inside and it is where the chefs cook your food.
Another restaurant is the Rock On! Restaurant and Nightclub. Live gigs are available inside if you want to experience night life. The place has a huge space so you can mimic the setting of the movie Rock On.The place also serves alcohol.
Dance Entertainment
Stages are found inside and this is where performances are made. All throughout the day, there are 2 to 4 performances on each stage that every tourists can enjoy watching.

How to Get There:
By Public Transport – The cheapest way to the Dubai Parks and Resorts is by metro. Take the red line and stop at the end station (UAE Exchange station). Then take a taxicab which is just a short distance from the metro.
By Car – If you travel by car, you can reach the Dubai Parks and Resorts by going south of Sheikh Zayed Road.
